We accept VISA and MasterCard. All information is encrypted using 🔒SSL encryption, which prevents unauthorized access to card details.
PayPal allows secure payment with your PayPal account or credit card. You will be redirected to PayPal to finalize your order when checking out.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. There are two shipping options:

– via Russian postal service. Tracking is provided.

– via DPD. This service is faster and more reliable. Tracking is provided.

Making an order, you choose one of the options and the system will automatically calculate shipping cost and estimated shipping duration. The shipping service/time of the packages are beyond our control. Please note that it usually takes more time for orders shipped during the Christmas season.

Orders ship within 1-3 business days of the order date. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation message in WhatsApp or email with tracking.

Please kindly note that we are not responsible for any customs fees and/or import duties you might incur. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot inform you what the cost may be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information before ordering.

All items are shipped from Russia.

The Sneg cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Returned/exchanged items must comply with our Returns Policy.

It is important to us that you’re happy with your The Sneg purchase.  If you’re not totally satisfied you will be able to return or exchange it.

1.  Contact us within 7 days of delivery and ship items back within 14 days of delivery. We will be happy to give you a refund by the same method as your original payment. Items must be returned in new, unused and re-saleable condition and with the packaging.

2. Please contact us via What’sApp +7 919 107 4330 or contact@the-sneg.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.

3. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning the purchase. Place any unwanted items with all original packaging inside the original box.

4. If you got your delivery by special offer (shipping for $1, e.g.), full shipping costs will be deducted from a refund. Please contact us via What’sApp +7 919 107 4330 or contact@the-sneg.com to clarify full shipping costs if needed.

5. The refund is provided within 3 days after the return package received by us.

6. Custom or personalized orders can’t be returned or exchanged.

7. It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. We will process a full refund for the faulty item. Please note that The Sneg cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.

WHAT DOES NOT COUNT AS A FAULTY PRODUCT

 

1. As leather is a natural product its texture, tone and thickness might be heterogeneous. There might be some scratches and natural marks.

2. We aim to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible, however resolution and screen settings can affect how an item is displayed, the accuracy of colors cannot be guaranteed.

3. Deflections within 5mm for patched details and +/- 1cm for overall dimensions are acceptable for the same item code.

4. The Sneg reserves the right to make changes which benefit the latest findings (change lining fabric, hardware, e.g.)

Re-stock

We always try to re-stock our popular items. If you’re interested in an item that has been sold out, contact us via WhatsApp +7 919 107 4330 and if we have the same leather in stock, we’ll make-to-order.

Make-to-order

If the current workload allows, we can produce any of our models in a different leather from the available ones. For inquiries on actual leather availability, cost and terms of manufacturing, please contact us via WhatsApp +7 919 107 4330.

Care Instructions

1. Avoid exposure to the sun and moisture.

2. When it gets wet, allow to dry at room temperature, away from heat sources.

3. Avoid mechanical damage and friction with hard surfaces.

4. Do not overload bags with stuff too heavy for it. If the bag or backpack is strongly deformed, it is overloaded.

5. Regular cleaning and protection using special waterproof spray is a must. Applying special creams should be done starting from day one and repeated regularly.

6. Remove smudges with shoe cleaning wipes, primarily by testing products in an inconspicuous part of the bag.

7. In case of contamination, use a special leather shampoo or a cleansing cream.

8. To clean grease stain, crush some chalk and sprinkle the dust on the spot. Let it stand overnight so the chalk can absorb the grease. In the morning, shake the garment and brush off the chalk dust. Repeat if needed.
