At The Sneg® we make quality leather accessories for everyday use. We are a local family run brand that cares about what we produce and how we produce it. Leather sourcing, unique design, non-mass production, eco-friendly packaging, supporting the local community – that’s what we care for. Every item is made in our studio in Russia and designed to last.
Our core value is using natural and local materials. We source leather from local manufacturer Volga Tannery (Tver region, Russia), who meets international standards and whose products are safety tested. Our packaging is made of linen supplied by Yakovlevsky Manufacture (Ivanovo region, Russia). All The Sneg products are made, packed and shipped with love from our small studio based in Tver.
It all started in 2015 with Lena’s idea of making hand printed linen bags with leather handles. Leather bags and backpacks shortly followed. Lena is the visionary and designer behind The Sneg. Alsu handles production and designs sewing patterns. She is a craftswoman and a mother of Lena. Ivan is responsible for the operational work and the business part. You may also notice whippet Michelle on some photos – she’s our mascot and inspiration for The Sneg pet products.
